By using InfluencersForBrand, you agree to the following terms that govern your use of our platform.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and providing accurate information in your profile and campaign briefs. Misrepresenting follower counts, engagement rates, or brand identity may result in account suspension.
Platform usage
InfluencersForBrand is a marketplace that connects brands with influencers. We facilitate discovery and applications but are not a party to collaborations between brands and creators. Payment terms and deliverables are agreed upon directly between parties.
Content guidelines
All content shared on the platform must comply with Instagram community guidelines and applicable advertising disclosure laws. Influencers must clearly disclose sponsored content per FTC guidelines.
